Andrew W. Sorensen
Andrew's primary areas of practice are insurance defense, business litigation and agricultural law. He is the owner of a major agricultural concern in Wisconsin. Andrew began his career as a Deputy Public Defender for Fresno County. During his four years there, he tried numerous cases, including major felony trials.
In 1982, Andrew joined one of Fresno's oldest civil law firms, Lerrigo, Walters, Nibler, Moss & Berryman, where he became a partner in 1985. During his time with the firm, Andrew handled business litigation matters if state and federal courts for numerous local employers, as well as major companies such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Production Credit Association and American National Bank.
Andrew is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is admitted before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Central Districts of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the business, employment and agriculture sections of the State Bar of California.
Andrew enjoys athletics, both as a participant and coaching high school tennis and basketball. He is the father of three daughters and has been happily married for thirty years.
